This Lotus 110 is one of the original, 50 bikes built by DPS Composites, in Bookham, UK.
Lotus approached the company to build them, as they were unable to complete the building of the frames themselves.
The first 'Pro' use of the Lotus frames on the road, was with the team 'Once'. The bikes were branded as 'look', and saw Eric Bruekink score a third place finish in a Tour De France time trial.
We decided a replica of that bike, would be a good way to build up what is now, quite a rare frame.
