About

The Forza! Classic bike collection was Born out of a love of Cycling, and the innovation seen during the 1980’s and 1990’s, when there were many builders looking to share their thoughts on what made a good, or fast bike. Rules were fairly open, resulting in Bikes with different sized wheels front and rear, odd frame shapes, and new materials.

As the owner of Forza! I wanted to create a place where enthusiasts could come and see bikes from a time gone by, not just to look at, but to touch, reminisce about, and of course, ride.

I think that is what sets us apart from other museums- you can ride the majority of the bikes on display.Just get in touch, and we can arrange it.

I have been involved in the cycling industry since the late 1980’s, when I raced out of the Stratford Cycling Club, and worked at Mitchell Cycles. I have since enjoyed stints with a cycle parts wholesaler, imported and sold DeRosa frames and bicycles, and more recently worked as a mechanic for Kiwivelo, as well as opening the museum/workshop.Any spare days are spent at the museum doing repairs, maintenance and restoration of not only bikes in the collection, but of customers bikes too.

Come and join me in my ‘happy place’ . You wont be disappointed!
